Users have the right to request access to, correction of and deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User's access to the Platform in the event that:
Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations of either party that accrued prior to termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 15 — shall remain in full force and effect.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. The Operator may, but is not obligated to, provide additional notice of significant changes through a notice on the Platform homepage or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, the Pakistan Telecommunication (Re-organisation) Act 1996 and other applicable statutes — may impose additional obligations or restrictions. The Operator does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a User.
Any disputes between a User and the Operator shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved informally, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as appropriate under Applicable Law.
